New IDs for All Gov't Workers

It was recently reported that more than ten million government workers will be assigned new identification cards. These cards will contain standard information, such as employee name, affiliation, photo, and a digital biometric (easiest is a fingerprint, but maybe retinal or iris scan is in the cards).
